Umbrella Companies and IR35

Our umbrella company arrangement will not affect your status under IR35.

The correct reason for using an umbrella company is to save time, administration and the responsibility of being a company director by placing your contract through an umbrella company which will deal with all invoicing, company administration and payment issues. The umbrella company service we offer is a "salary" scheme and is therefore unaffected by IR35.
