Forming a New One-Person Company

We are able to offer you packages to deal with all matters necessary to set up and fully establish your new limited company.

1. The Personal Meeting Service - Off The Shelf Company Formation

This involves two meetings of approximately one hour each at our North Finchley office. In the first meeting we will complete for you all forms required by Companies House, Inland Revenue, Customs & Excise for VAT and sundry other forms required to fully form and establish your company with all relevant third parties.

In the second meeting, held approximately one week later, we go through with you, in detail, everything you need to know to run your company, including full discussions on IR35 issues, accounting, VAT Returns, spreadsheets and any other matters which you may feel relevant to your circumstances.

The cost of this package includes the purchase of an off-the-shelf limited company, together with all correspondence and matters arising during the first 30 days of the company's life. 2. Tailor Made Company Formation
